Eating Crow Isn’t All That Bad

Until you realize you’ve over-stepped.

Then you feel guilty, then you feel bad, then you (hopefully) start to think about things.

Eventually you feel bad about running your mouth (fingers?) but you know what you typed is truth.

The “parental unit” wrote me a check this morning for a large amount of money.  My first instinct was to refuse, but it was a large sum of money.  I’ve been broke for the past six years.  Six years.  S-i-x- y-e-a-r-s.

I decided to accept it.  And deposit it.

It doesn’t change the fact that the “parental unit” has been horribly unaware of things, and hurtful to bat.  So I will have a serious talk with him after the check goes through.

AFTER.

The check is less than15% of what I gave over six years, but it’s enough to get first month and damage deposit from any place I choose to go.

I now have the way to go.  I just need to steel myself for the reasons, and the arguments.

Have fun, readers.  I’m not going to.

Skåll!!!

Nobody Jabbered.

Jabbering responses to my blatherskite ain't allowed on this particular swath of text.  Sorry.
